iLLBliss – Deep Down (Prod by XYZ)

IllBliss drops some new mixtape material for the rapheads to feed on. “Deep Down” is a new joint produced by XYZ  and it comes off the “Position of Power” mixtape. Listen to the lyrics. I hear verbal gunshots.

Flavour – Ifem N’eli + Beverly + I Don’t Care ft Wizboyy (Includes “Blessed” Album Tracklist)

Flavour’s new album hits stores across Nigeria this week.
I was able to lay hands on a few of the tracks, so we’re giving you guys a chance to listen to 3 songs off it. The album is titled “Blessed” and the selected tracks are “Ifem N’eli”, “Beverly” and “I Don’t Care” ft Wizboyy.
“Ifem N’eli” is a lovely highlife tune; the typical sound we expect from an artiste of Flavour’s ability and status. “Beverly” has that Latin/Salsa sound and it’s about the lady he was rumoured to be engaged to in America. This should give gossip bloggers something new to write about“I Don’t Care” is the fast-paced banger of all 3.
Overall, they’re very good tracks.
Blessed” hits the local store near you any moment from now.

Davido ft Knucklez – Whenever I’m With You (Prod by Davido)

Apparently this is one of the songs that didn’t make Davido’s O.B.O album.
“Whenever I’m With You” features Knucklez who is half-Nigerian, half West Indian but grew up in North and East London. Knucklez was sent back home in the 90′s to learn a bit about the Nigerian/African culture and that’s when he met Davido. Since then, they’ve remained friends.
Davido’s voice sounds sweet on this joint. This proves he can actually sing when he chooses to, and he writes proper lyrics as well. I see the ladies loving this one.
